Mission
To Live and Lead
Beyond Fear
Solving
the Fear Crisis
We are living in the safest time in human history, yet the world is drowning in fear.
The mind is fed fear on a daily basis, technology has amplified it, and it’s fracturing society. Leaders and humanity face incredible challenges to overcome.
We can't create the future we want, from a place of fear.

Fear Epidemic
Psychological fear is the epidemic of our age, with governments, media, social media and advertising becoming highly sophisticated at using fear to prey upon and commercialise our human weaknesses.

Imaginary Fear
Research shows that 85-91% of fears are imagined and never materialise, and if they do, 75% of the time the outcome is better than expected, yet our fears continually limit what is possible.

Mental Health Crisis
Even in the safest time in human history, mental health is declining at rapid rates, especially in emerging generations, with fear, anxiety, depression, and burnout on the rise.

Meaning Crisis
As traditional frameworks of how to understand and navigate what it means to be human have fractured, people are adrift, and in the absence of meaning we see the rise of materialism, meaninglessness and fear.

Crisis of Trust
Fear has polarised and fractured society, with no one assuming good intent anymore, and our ability to come together in respectful and collaborative ways is collapsing.
Fear is the mind killer, and it’s steering us in a dangerous direction.
Where Do We Come From?
The organisation’s origins lie in the world of high performance. We draw from the lineage of one of the original pioneers of applied sports psychology in North America. Over three decades he’s helped 1000’s of individuals and teams excel in high-pressure high consequence environments, including the US Olympic team, elite sporting teams, SWAT teams, military and police.
These origins led to the development of a “Mental Skills Profile” aligned with a set of mental tools that are simple enough for a football player to execute under pressure, but powerful enough for a CEO to use to lift performance.
432 Hz recognised however, that simply enhancing performance is not enough to solve the capacity crisis and equip leaders to solve today’s complex problems. Something more was needed.
To create this we integrated fields that range from biology to adult development to performance psychology, with our own data and research across over 100,000 leaders into the mindset changes that are most critical to leaders. The end result - creating what we believe is the first ever holistic map of human evolution.
432 Hz is dedicated to scaling this thinking and doing deep work at scale. It seeks to do this through IP, technology, research and tools built and executed with key partners globally.
Macro
Trends
Holistic and Whole Person:
The demand for solutions that address the whole person—mind and body—and their whole life, is driving a move away from fragmented, disjointed tools.
Speed of Change:
As change becomes faster, organisations are seeking an agile and responsive culture, with leaders who can put their ego to one side, be willing to make and learn from mistakes, and empower others to do the same.
Increased openness around talking about the mind, combined with leaders' growing interest in exploring their inner landscape are reshaping expectations.
Increasing Complexity:
As the speed of technological change increases, the future is less predictable. Leaders need to be comfortable with ambiguity and provide direction in a complex and ever evolving world.
Advancements in neuroscience and quantified self-tracking are creating opportunities for data-driven personalised leadership insights and measurable outcomes.
Increasing Collaboration:
As organisations and their ecosystems become more interconnected, critical agendas need to be led across functions, requiring the ability to build trust quickly, offer transparency, and create shared accountability.
The expectation that leadership solutions are AI-supported to enable personalisation, scalability, adaptive real-time support to augment human-to-human development.
