Derek founded, built and led a global market research consultancy with
offices in Australia, UK, Asia and the US. He built a world class system of
mental skills tools that have been used across the world, including helping a
top rugby league team win a premiership for the first time in 43 years. A top
level executive coach and Yoga master for the last 15 years, he has coached
leaders at global brands such as George Weston Foods, Mars and Nestle. He
is also the co-creator and director of the Yoga Foundation charity, and has
presented at conferences for organisations such as the UN.

A former professional athlete who went on to become a US Olympic Sports Psychologist, Don helped Olympic athletes win 14 medals, including 5 gold, at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. A West Point graduate, Ranger, Green Beret and Special Forces soldier, Don has trained military and SWAT teams to excel in high-pressure situations.
